About the Group

This peer support group provides a safe, understanding, and compassionate space for individuals who have experienced the profound loss of someone they know, to suicide. It offers an opportunity to connect with others who have faced similar challenges, share personal experiences, and receive mutual support.

Our aim is to help participants navigate the complex emotions and unique difficulties that come with this type of bereavement. Whether you’re looking for a place to talk openly, gain coping strategies, or simply feel less alone, this group is here to support you.

The sessions are guided by empathy and respect, fostering an environment where everyone’s voice is heard, and no one feels judged. This group is not intended to replace professional counselling or therapy, but rather to complement it by providing a sense of community and peer-based understanding.

You don’t have to face this journey alone—together, we can find hope and healing.
