Wellbeing Workshops at Mind Ystradgynlais!

Mind Ystradgynlais would love to welcome you to our new Wellbeing Workshops!  

 

What are the workshops?  

These workshops have been designed to help improve mood and resilience in many areas of personal wellbeing.

There are a variety of different workshops available, from self-esteem to healthy lifestyle habits, or anxiety and stress management.

Who are these workshops for? 

Anyone living in the Ystradgynlais or surrounding areas, over the age of 18, who feels they would benefit from any of the workshops listed below.

These workshops are also only suitable for mild to moderate mental health.  

When are the workshops run? 

The workshops will run every Thursday from 1pm-3pm.
