Tragically, in January, our best mate Dale took his own life for reasons not known to us at the time…
A group of his closest mates are taking on this challenge to raise awareness for mental health and suicide.
We have chosen Mind Ystradgynlais as our charity, as most of the team live in the village, and we want to give something back to the community to prevent any other families, or friends, going through what we have suffered in these last few months.
