Welsh 3 Peaks For Smokey

In January, our community tragically lost Dale to suicide. In response, a group of his closest friends took on a challenge to raise awareness for mental health and suicide and give back to the Swansea Valleys. They chose Mind Ystradgynlais as their charity and aimed to climb Wales’ three highest peaks within 24 hours… and on 13th September 2025, they did it! They smashed their target, showing incredible resilience and teamwork. While the challenge is complete, they hope people will continue to raise awareness and support mental health initiatives in Dale’s memory.
