- Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFAT)

Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFAT)

Our Mental Health First Aid Training course teaches essential skills to help someone experiencing a mental health crisis. The training focuses on recognising the signs of mental distress, offering initial support, and signposting individuals to appropriate professional help. The course is delivered by a fully qualified MHFA Wales trainer and follows the Adult MHFA Wales framework.

Mental Health Awareness Training
