About the Group
This peer support group offers a safe, understanding, and compassionate space for individuals who are coping with the emotional impact of losing someone close, or facing the anticipated loss of a loved one. Whether you are grieving a recent loss or navigating the challenges of supporting someone who is seriously ill or nearing the end of life, you are welcome here.
The group provides an opportunity to connect with others who understand the complexities of grief, share experiences, and offer mutual support. It’s a space to talk openly, explore coping strategies, and feel less alone during a difficult time.
Sessions are guided by empathy and respect, creating a supportive environment where everyone’s voice is valued. This group does not replace professional counselling or therapy but offers a peer-based sense of community and shared understanding.
You don’t have to face this journey alone—together, we can find comfort, connection, and hope.
