What is it? – about the campaign
The Frame Of Mind Campaign was designed in order to break down mental health stigma within the rugby cultures of the south Wales valleys: Not only with stigma breaking video messaging and podcasts (See links), but by also training staple members of the rugby community in mental health first aid.
Who is it for?
Although initially targeted at men, Frame Of Mind benefits all genders from all walks of life as is a community-based initiative.
How does it help?
It has been hugely beneficial as it has equipped the community with the skills and expertise needed to effectively signpost those in mental health need, as well as being able to spot crucial signs before they hit crisis. It has also created a shift in perception of mental health with it’s award-winning stigma breaking work.
